Angela Breitenbach is a Professor of Philosophy in the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of King’s College.
Her research focuses on Kant and modern philosophy, and on themes in aesthetics, philosophy of science, philosophy of biology, and environmental philosophy. She was an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the Humboldt University of Berlin (2023), a Pro Futura Scientia Fellow (2015-18) at the Centre for Research in Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities, Cambridge, and the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study, Uppsala, and a Leverhulme Research Fellow (2013-15). Before joining the Faculty at Cambridge, Angela lectured at the University of East Anglia and, before that, held the position of Junior Research Fellow at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. |
